New year, new you.

So we all know that when a new year rolls around we experience this magical feeling of having a clean slate.

“I’m going to get so much done this year.”

“This is going to me MY year.”

“I will wake up at 5am every morning to go jog.”

Sound familiar? But, let’s face it. Once January bids us farewell, so do all our new-found hopes and dreams.

So why is it so damn hard to change your life?

The truth is it’s not. It’s not hard at all. Whatever you want to do, you CAN do it.

Change your habits.

Humans are what they mostly do. So becoming who you want to be would mean doing what you want to do all the time.


It’s not impossible, but it takes time. Especially since most of our changes are lifestyle changes.

Start off small, but start changing your routine. Ingrain that habit and before you know it you will start seeing results.

Afterall, the first step to success, is starting. :)
